SLP Compensation Audit was created to bring transparency to speech-language pathologist compensation.
Many SLPs compare salary based on contracted hours alone. Few calculate their true hourly rate after documentation, meetings, evaluations, and unpaid time are accounted for.
This tool was built to provide a clearer, data-driven understanding of compensation so SLPs can make informed decisions and approach compensation conversations with confidence.
We are not a union, legal service, or employer. This is an independent compensation analysis tool designed to support better visibility and decision-making.
