SLP Compensation Audit was created to bring transparency to speech-language pathologist compensation.
Many SLPs compare salary based on contracted hours alone. Few calculate true hourly rate after documentation, meetings, evaluations, and unpaid labor are accounted for.
Our mission is simple: provide clear, data-driven tools that help SLPs understand their compensation position and advocate for alignment based on experience and workload.
We are not a union, legal service, or employer. We provide independent compensation analysis and professional negotiation planning resources.
